The Avanti Ultra-Grip Meat Tenderiser is perfect for preparing chicken Parmigiana and veal Milanese, tenderising a flank steak and more.
The dual head is ideally weighted for pounding out cutlets without tearing them. Use toothy side to break through and soften the muscle and use flat side to flatten the meat.
The perfectly balanced aluminium head and soft grip handle absorbs pressure to allow less risk of your hand tiring when preparing large batches.
