Lead by award-winning Pitmaster Russ from HoggyStyle BBQ, this introductory class will give you a hands-on demonstration on how to setup a kettle style charcoal BBQ for cooking, along with lessons on cooking various meats, including steak!
Paired in teams you will get a hands on experience of running your own pit, prepping and cooking all your own BBQ.
